FWS HOME – TERMS & CONDITIONS

GENERAL TERMS

FWS Home reserves the right to alter or modify the product or item reference information at any time in light of technical or other developments. All descriptions, specifications, images and particulars of weights, dimensions and materials have been given by way of identification only and the use of such information shall not constitute a sale by description. As such, we request that our customers fully co-operate with these trading guidelines to create a sustainable selling environment for all concerned.

Images of our products may not be used for any illegal, derogatory, libellous or otherwise damaging or misleading purpose. FWS Home images are not to be used to copy the designs of any of our products.

ORDERING PROCESS

We are a wholesale only business and will only supply to approved customers. New customers can apply for a login using the register button at the top of the home page. Once approved , orders can be placed via telephone or email. All prices listed exclude VAT. 

Registered customers will gain access to our wholesale prices ex-warehouse and a constantly updated inventory level for each of our products.

We do not have a minimum order value but a carriage fee will be charged on any delivery orders less than £1,000 plus VAT. Any such delivery charge will vary depending upon the size and weight of any items ordered. FWS Home will inform you of any carriage fee in advance of shipping.

All orders are accepted on a Proforma Invoice basis unless previously agreed by FWS Home.

EXCHANGES, CREDITS & RETURNS

In the rare event of an item being faulty or missing pieces, please report any such incidence within 7 days of delivery by email. Please ensure you provide the invoice number along with full details of any fault(s) along with photographic proof of the same. 

FWS Home reserve the right to supply replacement part(s) to rectify any fault(s) with our products. The cost of delivery of any replacement part(s) will be carried by FWS Home.

Returns can only be accepted by pre-approval and must be returned in the original packaging. Once thoroughly inspected by our warehouse team and the reason for return verified, a credit will then be raised to your account.

INTENDED USE

Please note that all goods sold by FWS Home are solely intended for domestic use and we do not accept any liability if the goods are used for any other purpose, including commercial use.
